Miguel Esparza is the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Manager for the City of Richardson Economic Development Department.

Miguel’s main duties revolve around the City of Richardson’s recently designated Innovation Quarter®, or IQ®, and supporting innovation within and around it. This can involve assisting companies from single entrepreneur startups to SMBs on technology focused business attraction and retention.
