David B. Kiddoo is the Executive Director of the Communications Cable and Connectivity Association. CCCA is a non-profit association comprised of leading manufacturers, distributors and material suppliers who are committed to serve as a major resource for well-researched, fact-based information on the technologies and issues vital to the structured cabling industry.

David is also the CEO / Director of the International Wire & Cable Symposium, Inc. IWCS provides a forum for the exchange of information among Suppliers, Manufacturers and Users on advancements in materials, processes and products for transmission systems of voice, data, video signal and electrical current. IWCS utilizes its annual International Cable • Connectivity Symposium as well as WebEx events.

David spent over 20 years as the Global Business Manager for Wire and Cable insulation and sheathing products at AlphaGary Corporation. He concentrated on strategic business planning, marketing & communications as well as evolving W&C industry performance and sustainability standards.

Before joining AlphaGary, David was the W&C Marketing Manager for Ausimont USA. He also had 11 years of experience with the Du Pont Company in Manufacturing, Technical Service, Market/Product Development, and Sales of W&C materials.

David is a graduate of Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA with a degree in Chemical Engineering.

David is also active in other various trade organizations, including Underwriters Laboratories Technical Advisory Panels (UL-TAP), Massachusetts’ Toxics Use Reduction Institute (TURI), the Flexible Vinyl Alliance (FVA), the Vinyl Institute (VI), the Society of Plastics Industry (SPI), the National Electrical Manufacturing Association (NEMA), the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), the Society of Automotive / Aerospace Engineers (SAE), the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and the Building Industry Consulting Services International (BICSI).
